Please Note:
First and foremost I would like to acknowledge the roots of yoga. Yoga and mindfulness originated in India through Hinduism. As a practitioner in the Western world I would like to take a moment to express deep gratitude for this practice and acknowledge that while we may adopt the ways of yoga and mindfulness into our lives, the practice itself is not ours. I encourage all who may encounter my services to proceed in your journey with consciousness towards the foundation of this beautiful practice that we have the privilege of borrowing. And to always give due acknowledgement to the cultural roots of the practice.

All my yoga classes incorporate inward awareness and meditation to varying degrees. Yoga is a holistic modality that can support you to dive deep in your journey of self awareness, healing and discovery. By acknowledging the roots of yoga and taking the practice to the depths intended, we can honour the culture in which it was born as well as ourselves. Please keep in mind when booking my classes that I will take you beyond the physical asanas, to your inner world and I will always strive to teach in a way that most honours the roots of the practice.
