As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer inclusive, trauma-informed therapy online for adults navigating anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship or family-related stress. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion—disconnected from their needs and sense of identity.
My approach is integrative and relational, grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. We work collaboratively to build emotional safety, explore the roots of present-day challenges, and foster greater clarity, confidence, and connection—within yourself and in your relationships.
When aligned with your goals, I incorporate mindfulness and breathwork from my training as an Accredited Yoga Instructor, supporting nervous system regulation and a mind-body approach to healing.
While my primary focus is psychotherapy, I also bring training as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, offering 1:1 Nutritional Consulting. In this role, I support individuals navigating gut health issues, hormonal imbalances, or looking to integrate nutrition as part of their mental health care.
