Nutrition is more than what you eat. It's how you relate to food, how your body feels, and how your inner world is supported (or disrupted) by your biology. If you're struggling with food, digestion, energy, or body image, you deserve support that’s grounded in science, self-compassion, and whole-person care.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer nutrition consulting through a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware lens. Together, we’ll explore how your emotional patterns, stress responses, and physiological imbalances might be impacting your nutrition—and vice versa.

I specialize in mind-body nutrition, which means I consider how food, mood, hormones, and stress are interconnected. This isn’t about restrictive plans or rigid food rules—it’s about working with your body instead of against it.

Sessions are collaborative, educational, and rooted in curiosity—not shame.

HOW IT WORKS

  • All nutrition consulting sessions are virtual and open to clients across Canada and Australia.

  • Sessions are 45–60 minutes and include personalised recommendations, educational tools, and optional follow-up resources

  • This is a coaching and consulting service, not medical treatment or psychotherapy. It may be ideal if you're not looking for therapy—but want mental health–informed nutrition guidance.

  • If you’re already working with a therapist or physician, I’m happy to collaborate with your care team when appropriate.

Fees & Booking

Nutrition consulting sessions are $135 CAD and are not covered under psychotherapy or extended health benefits. A free 15-minute discovery call is available to help us explore your needs and goals before committing.

My path toward holistic health began early in life. As a child, I experienced persistent digestive issues that eventually contributed to chronic respiratory infections, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances well into adolescence and early adulthood.

It took years of seeking support across different modalities before I finally found the clarity, vitality, and balance I experience today. That journey shaped not only my personal healing, but my professional mission: to support others in bridging the gap between mind and body when conventional approaches fall short.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I bring both clinical insight and lived experience into our work. I understand how discouraging it can feel to search for answers—and how powerful it can be when your body and mind begin working together in harmony.
