Our Services
Individual Counselling Integrative talk therapy for emotional regulation, insight, and personal growth. Sessions are offered as 50 or 80 minute virtual sessions.
Couples Counselling Relational therapy focused on attachment patterns, communication, and rebuilding safety and understanding between partners. Sessions are offered as 50 or 80 minute virtual sessions.
Event Speaking Our practice director Desirée Britton offers evidence-informed talks on mental health, relationships, nervous system regulation, and wellbeing for organisations, podcasts and communities.
Group Workshops Interactive, psychoeducational workshops designed to build practical insight in group settings. Offered in house virtually, and by request for communities and organisations.
