This fillable (or printable) workbook is designed to help you deepen your self-awareness and cultivate intentionality so you can experience empowering thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Learn to process and cope with your emotions and thoughts in a way that helps you increase your self-esteem, conscious decision making skills and resilience!
The Emotional Empowerment Workbook is based on mindfulness practices and positive psychology, as well as a process known as cognitive restructuring.
Cognitive restructuring is a therapeutic technique used in cognitive behavioural therapy to support people in replacing unhelpful thinking patterns with more supportive thinking patterns. Through the process of cognitive restructuring we can create new neural pathways that allow us to manage stress and cope with life's difficulties is a healthier and more empowering way.
Cognitive restructuring can be a great pathway toward emotional empowerment as it can help you build your self trust and self esteem, engage in conscious decision making and reclaim your personal power. This can allow you to mindfully and intentionally respond to life's difficulties in a conscious way, instead of living on autopilot and constantly reacting to life.
This e-book includes education and exercises adapted from cognitive restructuring frameworks and outlines three key factors involved in emotional empowerment -
- Self-awareness: the ability to be aware of one's thoughts, emotions, behaviours and circumstances.
- Healthy coping techniques: engaging in nervous system regulation techniques and managing stress in a way that is conducive to your well-being.
- Mindfulness and intentionality: the practice of observing your thoughts and feelings from a non-judgemental point of view.
This workbook can be used to support you in problem solving a specific issue in your life, or used to simply manage everyday stress in a more empowering way.
The Emotional Empowerment Workbook also includes a complementary 2 hour workshop designed to support those who struggle with people pleasing and low self worth to begin moving toward your version of wholeness and healing.
