I had a private Yin yoga class the other night with Desirée and it was incredible! For 60 minutes she led me through a series of stretches and poses, leaving my body feeling refreshed. With other classes I find I am focusing so much on holding the pose that my mind isn't able to relax, but with her, my muscles felt a deep stretch and my mind felt at peace. I also thoroughly enjoyed taking the class in the comfort of my own home. Thank you so much Desirée! I highly recommend your classes.
